Who should I contact regarding issues or changes with my order?

All order changes, in-hands date alerts, and any other product and pricing questions should be directed to your Account Executive, Sean Miller, smiller@outreachpromos.com

 

How do I place an order?

1. Access your company’s Brandstore through the link provided in your welcome email.
2. Click the “Employee Store” image, then read through the splash screen for any important ordering details.
3. Select the items you would like to purchase, click add, enter the quantity into the sizing box of your preference, then either select “Keep Shopping” in the bottom lefthand corner or “Checkout” in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Enter your billing and shipping info on the next screen and your gift card number in the comment box, if applicable. Then Submit Order.
5. A deposit invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours to make payment.

 

What is the turnaround time on an order?

The standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks right now due to supply chain and labor shortages. We hope this time can be shorter in the future, but for now, we are limited by the industry trends.

 

What if I need my order sooner for an event?

Please let us know! We will work with our suppliers to see if your order can be rushed to meet your in-hands date.

 

Can I get better pricing if I order more?

In most cases, yes! Bulk orders often result in cost savings. If you are planning to order apparel, it is best to order it all at once, rather than in multiple orders to save on embroidery and shipping costs associated with decorating one piece at a time. The price you see on the store is for one piece. Please let us know if you would like to see the next price break.

 

How do I apply a gift card to my order?

Enter your gift card number into the “Comment” box on the checkout screen of the shop.
